Ph.D. Ramazan Abay was born in Adana, 1949. He continued his education in Adana until his university graduation and got his doctora degree from University of Bordeaux in France.

When he was 34, after his Ph.D. title, he had job offer as a General Manager from Altınyağ Combine Inc in 1983. His success rate increases with his personal abilities in the company during his 28 years duty.
Rabay Gıda was founded by Ph.D. Ramazan Abay after quitting his position in Altınyağ Combine Inc in 2011.

Ph.D. Ramazan Abay is married , have two children and four grandchildren
